    Dear Sir,

I’m forwarding below the email exchange I had with the Warwick university, it seems you might be of help.

    Thanks in advance

    Best regards

    Dear Benoît,

    Thank you for your email.

We do not hold BSc Dissertations here at the library but after contacting the Engineering and Chemistry Departments here at the University a colleague from the Chemistry department has found out that Keith Bowen, the supervisor of Judith Young used to work in our Engineering Department and can be contacted via his website:

    http://science.keithbowen.net/?page_id=12

Hopefully he will be able to source you a copy or at least have more details for you with it being such a long time ago.

Hope this is helpful and I apologise that I cannot be of any more assistance. If you have any further queries do not hesitate to contact us again.

    Many thanks,

For your information your original enquiry was:
    Title: J. Young BSc (1972)

    Dear Madam/Sir,

I’m researcher from the French Ministry of Culture, working in the Louvre Museum, studying and analysing ancient bronze objects.

I’m looking for a reference not easily available, the Bachelor of Science written by Judith Young in 1972, and which was made in your University :

    J. Young, 1972, The addition of lead to alloys in the Late Bronze Age, B.Sc Dissertation (supervisor K. Bowen), University of Warwick

I’ve been already able to read a copy of this work at the laboratory of the British Museum, but some important information were missing. I’m particularly looking for the missing figure 9.2, and for the fig 9.3 where the vertical scale on the left is missing.

What would be the conditions to obtain a copy of the missing informations. Of course for me, the more practical would be to get a scan of these 2 figures (fig 9.2 & 9.3) ?

    Best regards,

    Benoit Mille
